Earlier this year, Samantha Lloyd got in touch about doing some relaxed and unposed photography for her new single, Waiting on Water (out now btw).
On a freezing cold winters day we braved the cold and set out to the Royal Albert Dock, Liverpool.

Before the undertaking of my cross-continent tour (cut short because of, you guessed it...) we managed to squeeze in a 3 hour shoot over at Royal Albert Dock, Liverpool. When doing portrait shoots, I aim to capture more than just pictures of the main subject and instead get details in the surrounding environment to help give the shoot more impact. In Samantha's case, it was great online content for the release of her single (did I mention it's out now?).
